Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unworn or unused, unwashed, with original tags and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Start a return

Email info@kirbysk9s.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping for a change of mind or size preference. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns. If we sent an incorrect item or your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us so we can arrange a correction at no additional shipping cost to you.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and email us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. We will work with you on a replacement or refund. The 30-day change-of-mind window does not limit rights you may have for defective or misdescribed goods.

Exchanges

Size and color exchanges depend on available stock. Email us before returning an item so we can confirm the options. If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible return can be refunded.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
