Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery estimates begin after the order ships and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can affect delivery. We email tracking information when your order ships, where tracking is supported. Tracking may take time to update.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your shipping address before ordering. Email info@kirbysk9s.com as soon as possible to request an address change or cancellation. We may be able to help before shipment; changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Lost, damaged, or delayed orders

Email info@kirbysk9s.com with your order number if your package is missing, delayed, damaged, or incorrect. We will help resolve the issue with you and the carrier. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
